Do you know a proof way to develop with couchdb without deploying every time to couchdb
to check how it looks in browser? Idea would be to check, if it’s local, and local the loader by _attachement document itself…

Hello Kathy,

The jQuery Mobile CSS file should be included in the header of the index file. The loader.js is only responsible for appending scripts. So you should have this residing in the index file:

I think wordpress messed up the formatting of the end of your comment and I am unsure what the listing of ‘index’ to ‘Footer’ means.

This was a really great tutorial – very clearly written. Couple suggestions for us windows users — (and I know this is a long tutorial) – add instructions for setting the environment variables to run couchapp from the command line. This did not happen through the auto-installer for me and threw me off kilter. Here’s what helped me (maybe it will help someone else) –
this is where it installs
C:\\Python27\\Scripts\\couchapp.exe

PATH
http://www.voidspace.org.uk/python/articles/command_line.shtml – scroll to PATH section

OK — only one teeeeeensy problem for me-
Jquery mobile styling is missing and I included the files:

Thanks for the article.
A little suggestion would be to rename some albums for albumsDB, albumsApp, albumsView. It would be a little less confusing. It makes a lot of albums…
